We send communication about your enquiry only if you agree to it on the form. We do not sell your personal information.
04Why we may process your data
Depending on where you are, we rely on one or more of the following:
- Your consent, for example when you tick the consent boxes on our forms or choose to send us your CV.
- Taking steps at your request, such as answering an enquiry or preparing a proposal.
- Our legitimate interests, such as keeping the Website secure and understanding how it is used, where these are not overridden by your rights.
- Legal obligations that apply to us.
You may withdraw consent at any time (see "Your choices and rights"). Withdrawal does not affect processing done before you withdrew.

- ASMACS group companies and offices that need the information to deal with your enquiry or application, including offices outside India.
- Employers and clients, for candidates, when we put a candidate forward for a role.
- Service providers that help us run the Website and our business, such as hosting, cloud and email delivery, and analytics providers listed in the Cookie Policy.

Form submissions are sent to our servers through an encrypted connection and delivered to our team by email. Where an ASMACS company needs your information for a business purpose, it handles it in line with this policy.
06Third-party services on the Website
The Website uses services from other companies, which may receive technical data such as your IP address and browser details:
- Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity for visitor statistics and page-interaction insights.

These providers act under their own privacy policies. Our Website may link to other websites, including other ASMACS group sites; we are not responsible for the privacy practices of sites that are not ours.
07International transfers
ASMACS operates in many countries, so information you send us may be processed in India, the European Union, the Gulf and other places where we or our service providers operate. Where required, we take steps to protect it in line with applicable law, such as limiting access to those who need it and using trusted providers.
08How long we keep information
We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes in this policy. As a guide, enquiries are kept while we deal with them and for a reasonable period afterwards for follow-up and records. Candidate CVs are kept while we may be able to match you with roles, and you can ask us to delete yours at any time. We also keep some records for as long as law or accounting rules require.
09How we protect information
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal information, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), restricted access and a hidden field on forms to reduce spam. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
10Your choices and rights
